Tarrant County AgriLife Extension offers two courses of training for gardeners.

The Spring Training Program is offered every year and begins in March and ends in May, tentatively, with classes held on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm. The schedule below is subject to change, but is fairly firm.

The Module Training Program is offered every 2 years and tentatively begins in May and continues into January of the folllowing year. This program is held one to two Saturdays a month from 9 am to 4 pm. The next available Module Program will be in the year 2024.

If you would like to be added to the email list to recieve class and Master Gardener Orientation information, please call 817-884-1944 or email tarrantmg@ag.tamu.edu. Orientation presentation via ZOOM is December 4th for prospective interns.

After the successful completion of either one of these two courses of training the student will be given the opportunity to join the Tarrant County Master Gardener Association as a Master Gardener.

Tarrant Country Master Gardeners may attend one, or more, of these classes. Please let the staff know so that provisions can be made for your attendance.
